Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! All the products listed on ElectPrime are shown with accurate images and detailed specifications. However, minor variations in color may occur due to different display settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your invoice. You can also download and view your sales receipt anytime from the “My Orders” section of your ElectPrime account.

How can I return an item?

We offer a hassle-free return policy on eligible products. If you wish to return an item:

  1. Log in to your ElectPrime account

  2. Go to “My Orders”

  3. Select the product you want to return

  4. Submit a return request

Our team will guide you through the return pickup and refund process. Please ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within the return window.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Many of our high-demand products are restocked regularly. You can click “Notify Me” on the product page to receive an alert as soon as the item becomes available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. During checkout, simply enter your delivery address to check availability and estimated delivery time.
