We accept all VISA & MasterCard debit/credit cards issued in India. International cards are not supported. Payment requires entering the 16-digit card number and CVV (Card Verification Value) printed on the card.

Customers can opt for COD only for products marked with the COD icon on the product page.

COD Terms:

  • COD is available only where the delivery location is serviceable by our cash-collection personnel.

  • Payment must be completed in full before delivery.

  • Cash will be collected only between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM at the billing address provided during purchase.

  • A physical receipt will be issued upon cash collection.

πŸ“¦ Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, the order cannot be modified or merged with another order.

After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled.

If delivery fails due to incorrect customer details (incorrect name, address, phone number, etc.), the redelivery cost will be charged to the customer.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Elect Prime (BS Traders) may cancel the order. If payment was already made, the amount will be refunded and a notification will be sent by email.


πŸ›  Demonstration & Installation

Demonstration and installation are provided by the brand’s authorized service center only.

  • Demonstration (if applicable) is complimentary for the first visit only and will occur after a minimum of 4 business days from delivery.

  • AC (Split Air Conditioners) installation charges apply as per the manufacturer’s authorized service provider and must be paid by the customer directly.

Split AC Installation Scope:

Included:

  • Installation of indoor & outdoor units

  • Interconnection piping

Not Included:

  • Masonry work

  • Electrical wiring or main power supply

  • Leak testing (if pre-installed piping)

  • Dismantling old unit

  • Structural drilling in pillars / restricted zones

For all other appliances, installation will be provided as per respective brand guidelines, typically free of cost.

We strive to fulfill all orders as per product specifications and expected delivery timelines.

Upon delivery, customers are requested to inspect the product and accessories before accepting.

After acceptance of delivery:

  • COD orders can be cancelled without extra charge.

  • Prepaid orders will incur a 3% cancellation charge and refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours.

If the delivery is completed, and the customer wishes to return the product unused, sealed, and unboxed, a return request must be placed within 24 hours of receipt. A 3% cancellation charge will apply and refund will be initiated after product pickup and inspection.

Elect Prime reserves the right to approve or decline the return based on returned product condition.

After-sales service is handled entirely by the manufacturer’s authorized service centers, not Elect Prime.


🧾 Prepaid Orders with Partial Payment (Advance Booking)

Customers may book their orders by paying a partial advance amount for priority delivery.

Terms:

  • Delivery updates will be communicated before dispatch.

  • The balance amount must be paid before delivery.

  • Orders will not be delivered without full payment confirmation.

Example:
Product Price = β‚Ή10,000
Advance Booking = β‚Ή2,000
Balance to be paid before delivery = β‚Ή8,000

If the customer cancels a partial-paid or fully-paid order:

  • Refund to credit card: 7–10 working days (as per bank policy)

  • Refund to debit card / UPI / wallet / net banking / COD: 24–48 hours
